SmartDispense systems are built on a range of technical innovations that ensure that the temperature of the liquid in the line does not exceed 5˚C. This lower temperature inhibits bacterial growth in the system, allowing the time between each line clean to be extended, while improving the quality of the beer or cider dispensed from the system.

Yes, staff training is an essential part of serving perfect pints. SmartDispense customers have free access to the excellent Hello BEER App. It’s a great resource allowing staff to do perfect serve training in their own time. Our service engineers also offer bespoke training to help you optimise your system and maintain glassware quality.

If you need to rearrange your service visit, please call the team on 0345 878 7071 and select option 2. They will put you through to the service team to re-plan the visit.

Following each service visit, a link to the service engineer’s report will be sent to your designated phone number by text.

Additional services are available as part of each service visit. These should be agreed with your Service Technician and any two of the following six options can be selected:
1. Perfect pour demonstration including staff training.
2. Demonstration of hygiene standards, which will include nozzle and keg hygiene sanitation.
3. Glasswasher cleaning training.
4. Glassware regeneration and hygiene training.
5. System overview and operational training.
6. General housekeeping standards training which will include use of the quality pack materials and the four simple steps to great hygiene referenced in the quality pack.
Depending on which tasks are requested, these can be completed at the service visit or booked in for the next one.
