LWC Offer Terms

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by taking up this offer all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the offer and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy). From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

  1. Only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over who operate an on trade licensed outlet and customers of LICENSED WHOLESALE COMPANY TRADING LIMITED (LWC)
  2. Enter a new 3 year trading agreement with LWC for SmartDispense®. LWC trading terms apply. Trading agreement must include the installation of a 4+ Tap system, brands must include Birra Moretti or Heineken plus a signature brand from LWC and the brand split must be 70/30% in terms of HUK brands.
  3. Contract with LWC needs to be entered into between 4 August 2025 and 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Term”).
  4. All qualifying entrants will receive £1,250 after the 12 month anniversary of the brand installation (Brands as per point 2). If any of the taps are removed/changed during the 12 month period the amount of support will be reviewed. If Moretti or Heineken are removed, then the full amount of £1,250 will not be paid out to the account.
  5. Contract with LWC must be made by outlet licensee.
  6. There is no other alternative to the support provided in whole or in part. Support is not transferable to another operator/outlet.
  7. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
  10. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any support & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
  11. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
